A lovely place and so clean and there is loads to do we come here most years and look forward to more visits Hastings isa nice place and always plenty to do beach is great too

We booked a weekend break for our family of 8, and we loved it so much that we brought a caravan here. The caravan we stayed in was very accommodating, and had everything we was looking for. The park it self is very welcoming, and had a friendly approach by all staff especially salesman “Charlie” who was such a kind gentleman who made us all feel extra special, and definitely went out his way to offer support. I have been coming to Haven since I was 12 yrs old (now 54) and love both the park/Hastings.....it feels like I’m coming home! I intend to spend as much time as possible here, and hope my family love it as much as I do. Well done Haven, you rock!!!

Staff in the arcade were fantastic could not do enough to help and bring a smile to everyone there, special thank you to Charlie, faith, and nino, also Scott on the door such a happy bunch so lovely, shop on sight lovely to pool amazing all entertainment team were amazing to and staff at reception for privilege holders, staff at Burger King and papa johns to thank you everyone who made our holiday means the world xxxx
Our first caravan break we loved it. The caravan was spotless, and right next to the facilities. All staff were lovely, especially Victoria who my children loved. Mash and barrel food was good quality in our opinion. Live lounge drinks were nice, entertainment was great but the schedule on the wall needed more detail as it was impossible to understand what each session contained therefore hard to know which session suited our family best.
Got the bus to Hastings which was a lovely day out.
Hope to return one day.

To start off with a gripe I asked for a caravan near to amenities but got Woodside 48A this was quite a way from complex and all uphill so had to drive up to complex and back as I have a disability. Apart from this we had an excellent break with no complaints about complex, park or staff. In fact I found the staff excellent and a special mention for security who were professional and very helpful. we will certainly be returning soon.
