We spent a weekend at Combe Haven recently and were most impressed with the facilities despite restrictions due to Covid. Right from check-in we found all the staff so friendly and helpful throughout the site. They are doing a great job keeping everyone safe and staying cheerful. We had a Prestige caravan and found it very clean and comfortable. Hope to return sometime to enjoy all the facilities when we return to a more “normal” way of life.
We were kept informed all the way with the My app. Arrival was seemless, took seconds by friendly staff. The van was sealed with the keys inside. We were given a free upgrade and the van was spotless. We were allowed in a good hour and a half before our time slot. The bed was amazingly comfortable. All staff on site were really friendly and helpful, especially the guys on the gate who were super helpful, guiding us around the diversions due to roadworks. I think the park have really outshone themselves. We felt incredibly safe on a spotlessly clean site. Highly recommend.
